Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Zikr-e-Quran Academy’s website and classes. By booking a trial, creating an account, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Who Can Use Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book classes. If you are enrolling a child under 18, you are doing so as their parent or legal guardian, and you agree to these Terms on their behalf.
Free Trial
New students receive a seven-day free trial with no charge and no payment card required to book. If you are not satisfied with your teacher during the trial, you may request a new teacher and a second seven-day trial, also free. Only after you choose to continue will paid enrollment begin.
Booking and Scheduling
Classes are scheduled directly with your teacher based on mutual availability. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a class. Your teacher will agree a notice period with you when your classes are scheduled; if you have any questions, please contact us to discuss.
Payment and Fees
Pricing for ongoing classes is provided directly after your free trial and depends on the course and schedule you choose. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Your billing cycle and any applicable refund terms are confirmed with you before paid enrollment begins; please contact us to discuss the options.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel ongoing classes at any time by contacting us. Refunds for any unused classes, and the notice needed before your next billing cycle, are confirmed with you when you enroll. If you have any questions about cancelling or refunds, please contact us to discuss your situation.
Code of Conduct
We expect all students, parents, and teachers to treat each other with respect. We do not tolerate abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior toward teachers or students. Violation of this code may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Child Safety
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising young children’s use of our platform outside of scheduled class time. All teachers working with children undergo background checks and safety training as described on our About page. If you have a safety concern about a class, contact us immediately through our Contact page.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, including any written content, PDFs, and curriculum we provide, are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.
